In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Goleshlee Professional Official On-line Sales reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Goleshlee Professional Official On-line Sales reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price will be issued. Before applying any cosmetic preparation that is new to you, we strongly recommend conducting a patch test to check its compatibility with you or your client's skin.

In order to conduct a patch test, apply a small amount of the product on the inside skin of the wrist. If you should experience any sensitivity, burning or prickly, tingling sensation, redness or other temporary discoloration of the skin after applying, remove the product from the area where applied with warm water and a damp cloth if necessary. Such responses indicate that the product is not suitable for that particular skin and that it should not be used. If you experience any discomfort at any time during application, discontinue use.

Because Goleshlee Professional Official On-line Sales products use natural ingredients whenever possible, our products may vary in color and consistency with each new batch that we make. These natural variations do not in any way affect the quality of the product. Mix any product thoroughly prior to usage.

PLEASE NOTE: Goleshlee Professional Official On-line Sales products are to be purchased and applied solely by licensed cosmetologists. By placing an order via Phone, Fax, Email or Online, you are making an official notice that you hold a valid cosmetology license for the state in which you practice, or that you are a licensed salon owner. Goleshlee Professional reserves the right to refuse service to unlicensed individuals. These products are to be applied by Stylists intimately familiar with advanced Brazilian Keratin hair straightening techniques. Any stylist or salon involved in the usage or application of any hair product or treatment is solely responsible for the effects of that product, and for the safety systems of the salon space, such as ventilation or environmental monitoring.

All forms of Brazilian Keratin Treatments (also known as Escova Progressiva, Brazilian Straightening, Brazilian Method, BKT, Progressive Blowdry, Keratin Rebonding, Brazilian Rebonding, Japanese Straightening, and Thermal Reconditioning) involve the technical application of chemical formulas at dangerously high heat levels. Even if you are professionally licensed and have received advanced training, this process should still be considered extraordinarily hazardous. Regardless of your background, if you are uncomfortable with straightening procedures, including the requisite chemical formulations and the noxious vapors/ fumes likely to be released, you should not purchase these products.

Return Policy

We always do everything we can to ensure that every order received is completely satisfactory. However, we understand it is sometimes necessary to return or restock items due to unexpected or uncontrollable circumstances. To answer questions you may have, please take a moment to review our standard policy.

Returns and Restocking Fee Policy.

Any problem with any shipment or product that may possibly require restocking, return, or replacement, must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Past this delay, all sales are final. Goleshlee Professional does sell "sample" products. Our products are sold in amounts appropriate for professional salon usage, and they are sufficient for multiple treatments. In any professional salon, both clients and staff will have a variety of opinions on any product. Therefore, professional stylists order salon size products in order to service diverse clientele under a variety of conditions. Products cannot be returned or exchanged if purchased by individuals who are not licensed (in violation of our Terms and Conditions).

Any product that has been used in any way or opened is unsafe for resale and must be discarded. Therefore, opened products, or products in which the original packaging has been altered or damaged (such as evidence of wear and tear, scratch marks, stains, etc.) will not be refunded or restocked.

When Your Order Arrives

Before you (or anyone at the delivery address) signs for your merchandise, please be sure and check the packaging for any signs of exterior damage. You must refuse to accept any shipment with damaged packaging from the carrier and make a notation on the proof of delivery slip that the shipping container or items are damaged. If the shipping container appears to be fine, after signing for the delivery open all boxes and check the contents immediately. If you discover any defects, damage, or inaccuracies in your products, Goleshlee Professional must be notified within 24 hours of shipment delivery. In the case of "hidden damage" to the products, please make a claim with the shipping service within 24 hours of delivery (in most cases, orders are shipped by USPS, UPS, DHL, FEDEX). We cannot accept claims for refund or replacement after this period, as we are unable to pass on claims to the carrier after this time.

Incorrectly Ordered Products/Restocking Fee Policy

From time to time it may be necessary to return an item that you have ordered, but after ordering, you have decided that you no longer wish to keep the product.

If for any reason, you decide that you wish to return your order, Goleshlee Professional must be notified within 2 business days in order for you to receive a return authorization. Once you receive your return authorization you will have 7 days to return the products to Goleshlee Professional. Any authorized returns are subject to a 40% restocking fee plus the cost of outbound shipping regardless of whether or not a reorder is placed. This deduction will be made from your refund automatically.
We will only accept an authorized return if the product is returned in the original Goleshlee Professional packaging or adequate/protective packaging. The products must be brand new, unopened (never used) in perfect condition and contain all the contents shipped in the original order. Any item(s) returned used and/or damaged are not be eligible for a refund.

Tariff / Taxes

A tariff (or duty, the words are used interchangeably) is a tax levied by governments on the value of imported products. Sales and state taxes, and in some instances customs fees, will often be levied as well. The tariff is assessed at the time of importation along with any other applicable taxes/fees. Goleshlee Professional recommends that the user, receiver, to determine the tariff/taxes as well as import fees for that country. Goleshlee Professional is not responsible for any tariffs/taxes that may occur in that country.

Miscellaneous

VOID WHERE PROHIBITED:
Although the information on this Web site is accessible worldwide, not all products or services discussed in this Web site are available to all persons or in all geographic locations or jurisdictions. Goleshlee Professional and the advertisers each reserve the right to limit the provision of their products or services to any person, geographic area, or jurisdiction they so desire and to limit the quantities of any products or services that they provide. Any offer for any product or service made in the materials on this Web site is void where prohibited.

GOVERNING LAW:

In the event of litigation both parties agree that the Law of the State of business registration of Goleshlee Professional shall apply and both parties shall consent to the jurisdiction of said State's courts, or in the event of diversity of citizenship, the United States District Court for the (District). Both parties expressly waive a trial by jury. 
The Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Goleshlee Professional with respect to this Web site. The Terms and Conditions supercede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written between you and Goleshlee Professional with respect to this Web site. No modification of the Terms and Conditions shall be effective unless it is authorized by Goleshlee Professional. If any provision of the Terms and Conditions is found to be contrary to law, then such provision(s) shall be constructed in a manner to closely reflect, as much as possible, the intentions of the parties, with the other provisions remaining in full force and effect. NOTE: By placing an order via Phone, Fax, Email or Online, you automatically accept all of these terms.

THIS TREATMENT IS FOR PROFESSIONAL USE ONLY AND SHOULD BE USED BY LICENSED PROFESSIONALS SUCH AS HAIR DRESSERS, HAIR STYLISTS, HAIR SALONS, ETC. ANY ONE WHO ISN'T A PROFESSIONAL AND USES THIS PRODUCT UNDERSTANDS THAT THIS TREATMENT IS FOR PROFESSIONALS WHO HAVE BEEN CERTIFIED BY GOLESHLEE ONLY AND THOSE WHOM ARE NOT PROFESSIONALS WILL USE AT THEIR OWN RISK.
